About UsRobert A. Tufts is an attorney practicing in the areas of estate planning, probate, property law and choice of business entities.
Robert earned a B.S. and M.S. from Louisiana State University and a Ph.D. in Forestry from Virginia Tech. He taught at Auburn University in the School of Forestry and Wildlife Sciences for 36 years. Early in his career he taught courses on land surveying, road construction and maintenance and timber harvesting. After earning his J.D. in 1997, he taught courses on estate planning, property law, choice of business entity, timber tax, and agricultural law. Robert also earned a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Alabama. |
